You can subscribe to our newsletter without having to open an account by entering your email address in the About Us section of the website. You will receive the latest news, lookbooks, promotions and events from neckoi.com

¿Dónde podemos ver vuestras prendas en persona?

Podéis venir a vernos en nuestra tienda en el mismo taller dónde producimos y hacemos cursos de costura.

Shipping and returns

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You will receive your order within 2-5 business days from the confirmation of shipment . Please note that during peak season delivery times may be longer.

If you are in the area you can also pick up your order.

Can I track my shipment?

With the shipping confirmation, you will receive a link to check the detailed status of your package, so you can track your order online. Please do not forget to check your spam folder or junk mail inbox.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

neckoi.com only sells items in perfect condition, as we carefully check the products, but if you receive a garment with a defect or flaw, please contact us via email at sales@neckoi.com. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

How much will the shipping costs be for my order?

In Spain*, shipping costs with SEUR are €5.95. Shipping is free for orders over €90.

*except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla

How can I make payment?

We accept the following payment methods:

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an “order receipt” email within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us at sales@neckoi.com

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your purchase before confirming your order and before paying. Make sure you write your code in the appropriate box and click the “apply code” button to apply it to your order.

Please note that only one discount can be applied per order.

Is it advisable to wash NECKOI garments before wearing them?

It is not necessary since our products are treated in our factories with the highest standards of quality, cleanliness and sterilization of parts and work stations.

What type of leather is used for Neckoi products?

All labels and trims on our garments are made of jacron ECO, a material made from cellulose, water and some natural rubber particles.

How should clothes be washed?

All garments have a label with washing instructions. The temperature recommended on the label should not be exceeded. We encourage you to visit the blog and find out how to wash correctly without harming the environment and some tips that will help you.
