Black fleece cap

A warm cap for cold days, from city streets to mountain outings. A fleece crown and ripstop front bring two textures together in a five-panel camper shape.

The fleece crown contrasts with the ripstop front panel and peak. Five-panel camper construction and a flat peak define its silhouette. It has stitched eyelets and a rear strap with a clip, allowing the circumference to be adjusted without changing the crown’s shape.

• Recycled fleece crown.
• Recycled nylon ripstop front panel and peak.
• Flat peak and stitched ventilation eyelets.
• Adjustable strap and clip fastening.
• Colour: Black.
• Approximate weight: 87 g.

14 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with its original labels, accessories and packaging. Contact us first; do not send the parcel before receiving our instructions.

First exchange on an order with free shipping

If your order had free shipping, collection and reshipping for the first exchange are free. Exchanges depend on the requested item being available.

Other exchanges

Collection costs €6 at SEUR Pick Up or €7 from your address, plus reshipping at the applicable destination and service rate. Shipping is free if the new shipment reaches €95. Second and subsequent exchanges incur the usual costs.

Returns

Returns cost €6 through SEUR Pick Up or €7 for collection from your address. If you retain at least €95 of an order that had free shipping, a partial return costs €0.

If a partial return leaves you with less than €95 of products, the return cost and the originally waived shipping are deducted from the refund. Under the published policy, shipping initially paid is not refunded. For a defect or an error attributable to Neckoi, we cover the return when our procedure is followed.

To start, send us your name, order number and the item you want to exchange or return: hello@neckoi.com · WhatsApp.

Choose a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Refunds normally appear within 2–5 business days after we receive and check the item; the final timing depends on the payment method.
